Yeah, of course we're more interested in the  Phantom's awesomeness, not their intelligence. seriously, this is all they do:

Sadly to Phantoms they lead right into being trapped by their own dumbness. This is pretty much to our advantage. Plus they really can't see much with one eye after all if they can't see you hide in tall grass...
